As a result of the current fuel scarcity the country is facing, some Nigerians in Lagos have stormed the streets in protest.

I however gathered that according to a report by The Cable, Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) has reached an agreement with the federal government "to begin lifting of petroleum products across the country in six hours."
