Here is my typical day: Wake up, say a word of prayer -sometimes in my heart while I brush my teeth and take a quick cold bathe; Jump into my clothes, do some little amateur work of art on my face (of which by the way comes out 'not too good' especially when there's no power and I had to use a torch!); grab my bag and shoes and any extra luggage and out I go.
