Still on the 'What do you stand for 2.0 series'
Drum Network Africa is an innovation and movement for the identification, push and  expansion of the 'gifted, talented and passionate drum stick professionals in the music industry.
And yes...it is an innovation and dream turned reality of a young Nigerian Solomon Elijah (a.k.a soulmaneli) who has gone through and still goes through the hustle and bustle every other young Nigerian goes through!

The  third series of the Drum Xtreme which held on Friday,14th of Nov 2014 was an evening of fab hosted by the Nigerian-based American radio presenter Dan Foster where the gifted hands behind the live performances of Nigeria music super stars such as MI, Psquare, Omawunmi and many more came together under one roof to show their talents and dexterity playing different musical instruments.

The hysteria reached a crescendo as more than 20 super talented young instrumentalists took their turn to show the over 1000 guests at the main auditorium of the University of Lagos what they've got, sex really wasn't a barrier as a group of female drummers came on stage and wowed the audience with an out of this world performance.






..and yes he is my friend and I am so proud of him!

Is it too late to say happy new year😥?! I mean, a quarter in the year 2021 is almost over, so I will let this mushy feeling slide, and let’s say I will pretend like I have been writing and written to you all these while.    Happy? Yes.    So, what have you been up to?  As for me, after the whole #EndSARS movement, I just literally had this block. HEAT WAVE IN INDIA

A deadly heatwave in India is showing no sign of easing. 800 hundred people have been killed and that figure is rising. With temperatures reaching 48 C (118F), authorities are urging people to stay indoors and drink plenty of water. Most of the deaths are in the southern states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
