CURE FOR EBOLA?!?

Did your mom or grandma do this?

Hahaha!

I woke up this morning with beeps and pings from my phone. I wondered why I had so many pings all at once and guess what?

It was yet another alert for the Ebola virus. Just that this time an hilarious one or so we think.
Incase your blackberry was out of service or your subscription out?

Then I am glad to inform you that the new Trado vaccine for the cure of Ebola virus is out - Introducing the salt and water bath solution!

You know why Naijas are very unique people?
We know just how to create a comic relief out of a crisis or panic. That is not to say we ain't scared but we try as much to stay on top of the situation.

However some people aint finding this solution or joke funny at all. Just like the conversation below.

So whether this theory has been tested and proved? Well...time will tell, perhaps we are about to make a huge scientific history in a unique native way.

N.B
Another theorist proposed that a drop of palm oil should be added to the salt water solution in order to make the virus slip out from the body!

Lol!

For My G.Ma - Felicia

I never knew I would miss her this much. People never understood why I love Christmas. I didn’t quite get it too – apart   from the bursting joy of the birth of Christ, the melodious songs and beautiful decorations; there was more to the super hyper and lovey-dovey feeling I always have this season. Just to share a bit of her awesomeness with you. That woman was a bad-ass! Reminiscing on my childhood memories with her, I realized she was the reason I love Christmas. I usually spent my Christmas and New-Year holidays with her as a child. She would take me to her church and ask the priest to allow me join other children in the Christmas carol rehearsals and performances. She would take me to the salon and have my hair done and accessorized. I hated making my hair, it was just too stressf...

Hello there!

Is it too late to say happy new year😥?! I mean, a quarter in the year 2021 is almost over, so I will let this mushy feeling slide, and let’s say I will pretend like I have been writing and written to you all these while.    Happy? Yes.    So, what have you been up to?  As for me, after the whole #EndSARS movement, I just literally had this block. In fact, I wrote a couple of things in my notebook but just couldn’t bring myself to sharing here.  I was beyond devastated, as many people – Nigerians were.    Anyways, before and since then, I was also doing a lot of thinking, studying, and preparing for a professional examination, which I wrote and passed in December, last year – yay!! Then, I have just been having ideas on a lot of things I would have loved to share with you but you know what they say about procrastination. Yea….got the best of this relationship!   I’m sorry.  Now, I hope to be more consistent – I know I have said that a mi...
